We are pleased to announce the launch of our order approval website - AMOP(Advanced Mobile Order Processing).
This provides expense authorities with an easier way to track, view and approve their orders. Please tell your expense authorities to logon to AMOP with their IDIR account for ministry order approval, or business BCeID accounts for BPS order approval.

How do I get a Business BCeID?


Please note: as of March 15th, the old order processing system (TORP) has been shut down, any orders sent to qp.order@gov.bc.ca will not be processed.

 

As of January 1st, 2017, DCV has restructured our shipping/handling fees to our new Environmental Fee that will go towards our green program and promote consolidation of orders, thus reducing our carbon footprint. All orders over $100.00 will be free, orders $50.00-$99.99 will incur a $2.50 environmental fee, and all orders under $50.00 will incur a $5.00 environmental fee.

 

So what has changed?

DCV now manages the contract for "office products" supply.

 

You've no doubt noticed over the last few months' we've been actively transitioning customers over to the new office products business model with Staples Advantage Canada.

 

There has been some learning as we have transitioned to a new office provider for government. We are confident in our partnership with Staples Advantage and their abilities to serve our customers as you have been accustomed to over the years. We continue to work closely with Staples Advantage ensuring product, pricing and service delivery standards are maintained or surpassed throughout the term of the contract.

 

So what has not changed?

 

Warehousing and Asset Management Services, Storage and Distribution, Government Forms

 

While the office products model has changed, all our other lines of business remain. The Distribution Centre will continue to provide Warehousing and Asset Management, Distribution Services and Government Forms Storage.

 

Warehousing and Asset Management Services is a cost, time and space–efficient solution to all your storage, management and distribution needs. Our service is unrivalled and allows organizations to minimize their own storage/warehousing requirements and streamline services while continuing to take advantage of large volume purchasing.

 

Storage – With 47,000 square feet of storage and offsite options, we can accommodate all your storage requests, including secure storage services.

 

Management – Inventory Management is much more than just storage; we manage time and date sensitive materials, including batch dates, revisions and re-order points. Clients receive monthly (or on demand) inventory reports which include detailed history of your product movement.

 

Distribution – Geared towards the end-user, we pick, pack and ship our client's products ensuring on-time arrival. Ordering can be done via-email or integrated with online order forms.

 

So what's new?

Working in collaboration with iStore, the DCV is carrying the products previously available through iStore. These Items include keyboards, mice, docking stations, cables, adapters, flash drives geared specifically to meet the needs of government users. This model will support continuing and future government workstation refresh projects and provide end-users with ease of ordering, standardized product selection and delivery times more conducive to your needs.
