The Orca – "The Traveller". Orcas are free spirits. They are the masters of their own adventures, and navigate life with their hearts. Made by using a single piece of recycled or salvaged western redcedar, this bentwood box traditionally would have been used to store precious possessions. Spirit Works is a 100% indigenousl owned and operated BC company focused on the creation and distribution of authentic indigenous products. Artist Shain Jackson is a Coast Salish Artist from the community of Sechelt. He is also a lawyer who has represented indigenous communities throughout British Columbia.
